appreciate yourself
fall in love with yourself
accept what you have
it will unite you
you will feel a new value of yourself
and then go start seeking
how to live more of what you have
with deep gratitude
that is meditation
connecting yourself to everything that lives
and once you respect yourself
you will respect the other
once  you will love yourself
you will love the other

finding the breath within the breath is a real secret  again i say it very simple  take the whole energy higher...higher...higher...higher... come to the peak... the breath stops you are in the gap...you are not breathing... breathing in and breathing out they are part of the mind... the gap is part of nomind
