When I say ‘passive’, I don’t necessarily mean that if you are sitting then the method is passive. Sometimes while you are dancing the method can be passive and sometimes sitting you can be very aggressive. So when I say ‘passive’ I mean the attitude — not to hanker for it, allow it to happen.
